In the digital world, everything works roll to roll: fabrics are in rolls, printing is roll to roll, steaming or sublimation process are made roll to roll, but the cutting is piece by piece. Now, thanks to the new CFX laser cutting table, cutting will also be made roll to roll, and fully automatic...The CFX laser cutting table will improve the productivity of your company.

2 possibles uses :

Standard cutting mode :
Simply introduce the shape you want to cut and the data contour will be cut with speed and power parameters.

Advanced cutting mode :
This mode offers the possibility to cut automatically printed shapes. With an automatic belt conveyor, the printed textile is guided from a roll to the cutting area. A CCD camera will reconize print marks that have been printed with the design, and will automatically cut the shape with compensation of the data contour if necessary.

CFX is specially design to managed printed textile form digital printing. CFX will help the sportswear work shop to improve their productivity by automatisation of the cutting process. The cutting process will move form analogue to digital.
