The
big news offered by STUDIO FX is a device for the preparation
of textile supports. This device prepares supports such
as chain, woof and all type of stitch (cotton, viscose,
silk, wool, polyamide, polyester…) for digital
printing (fixed and washed or pigmentary).The device
has a carpet (standing glue) with a washing system on
which the support is kept by control of its tension.The
preparation solution is fixed on the support by a whole
of digital heads especially created for solution with
acid or alkaline pH and high viscosity.The device is
also equipped with a drying system and a take up device
and unwider, which allow to have rolls directly ready
for printing.This system is also available for dressing
because it is possible to coat all type of solution
with it on textile support (complementary with the heads).
